A free tool for businesses
Find the first task to give AI.
I spent 20 years inside communications agencies, and the tasks in this tool come from that work. Answer seven questions about last week and I'll give you:
- One task to start with
- Three simple steps to try it
- A starter prompt to copy
Seven questions, about two minutes.
After you're done, I'll send you my anti-AI skill, so the writing you do with AI sounds more human.

Your starter prompt
Copy it into the AI tool your business has approved, then replace everything in [square brackets].
Keep it safe
The email copy didn't go through this time, so download your result below to keep it. If you'd like it by email, write to farris@farrisgreen.ai and I'll send it.
One prompt gets one person a better first draft. The next step is getting your whole team to run it the same way every week, with client details kept safe and a person checking every draft. That's what I set up for agencies and brands.
Let's talk.
Book 30 minutes with me and we'll look at where else your team's week is going.
Bonus
Make the drafts read like a person wrote them.
My anti-AI writing guide is the set of rules I use so nothing I send reads machine-made. Add it to Claude or ChatGPT once, and the drafts from your starter prompt start closer to how your business writes.

What is this?
This is a free tool from Farris Green Advisory (FGA). You answer seven questions about last week's work, and it gives you one task to try with AI first, why it suits your answers, three steps and a starter prompt to copy. I wrote the task library from 20 years inside communications agencies.
Who is this for?
Any client-facing business can use it, but it's mostly written for founders, especially at PR, marketing, events and talent agencies and in-house brand teams in the UK and US. The tasks come from my 20 years of agency work: meeting recaps, reports, proposals, media pitches, mailers, venue research, run of show, brand enquiries, contracts and product descriptions.
Does this tell me how many hours I'll save?
No. Any number would be a guess without knowing how long the task takes you and how long you spend checking the draft. Step three of every result asks you to time your check, so you can see the difference for yourself on a real example. For an in-depth analysis of your business, you can chat with me directly.
Do I need to share client information to use it?
No. This tool only asks about the type of work you do. When you use the starter prompt, take out client names and anything confidential, and keep embargoed news, contracts and fees out of it altogether. Use an AI tool your business has approved.
Which AI model do I need for the starter prompt?
Any chat-based AI tool your business has approved, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini. The starter prompt is plain text, so it works in any of them. It asks the AI to draft only and to check with you before it fills any gaps.
