How to add it
First: download the skill file above. Leave it exactly as it is. The same file works in both apps.
Claude
On the website or the desktop app
- Click Customize in the left sidebar.
- Make sure Skills is selected at the top. Click + Add, then Upload skill.
- Drag the file into the box and click Upload.
- Start a new chat and try it:

ChatGPT
On the website or the desktop app
- Click Plugins in the left sidebar.
- Click the Skills tab, then Add, then Upload from your computer.
- Drop the file into the box. It uploads by itself.

Make it yours
Like any skill, I always suggest making edits so it fits your vibe. The easiest way is to paste a few things you've written into the same chat, so the drafts pick up how you write.

What's a skill?
A file of instructions you add to Claude or ChatGPT once. After that, the AI follows them whenever the task fits, without you pasting a long prompt every time.
I can't see Skills
Try it on a computer rather than your phone. If it's still missing, your plan may not include skills yet.
Will it make me sound like you?
No. It takes out the patterns that make writing read as AI and leaves your own words alone. Paste in something you've written and it follows your style.
Is it safe?
Both apps warn you about skills from people you don't know, and they're right to. This one is plain written rules with no code inside.
Does it cost anything?
No. It's free to download and use.
